By using ApnaInvite you agree to these terms.
The service
ApnaInvite lets you create and publish a celebration website from templates. Building and previewing are free; publishing may require payment, shown before you pay.
Your content
You own what you upload. You give us permission to host and display it to operate your site. You confirm you have the right to use all names, photos and text you add, and that it is lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights.
Artwork, templates and licence
ApnaInvite provides the templates, layouts, text and artwork used to build your site. Some of our illustrations and artwork are created with the help of artificial intelligence, so we do not claim exclusive rights over every individual image, and we make no promise that others will not use similar artwork.
When you build a site, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to display our templates and artwork as part of your own invitation site, for as long as that site is live. You may not copy, extract, resell, redistribute or use our templates or artwork on their own, in other products, or to build a competing service.
Artwork is provided “as is”. If we are ever notified that a piece of artwork infringes someone’s rights, we may replace or remove it from templates and from live sites, and we will tell affected users where we reasonably can.
Creator Studios
A Creator Studio may build sites for its clients and deliver the live link to them. The licence above covers the site as a whole; it does not allow the studio or its clients to take the artwork out of the site and use it separately. A studio is responsible for having the right to use any logo, photo or text it adds to a client’s site.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on ApnaInvite — our artwork or content on a user’s site — infringes your copyright or other rights, email us at the address below with: what you believe is infringing and where it appears (a link), the work you say it infringes, your name and contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them. We will review it and may remove or disable the content while we do.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading content.
- No attempts to disrupt the service or access other users’ data.
- No use of the service to send spam.
Payments, duration and refunds
A published site stays live for the period stated at purchase and can be extended for the listed fee. After expiry the site is replaced by a “concluded” page. Fees are non-refundable once a site is published, except where required by law or where a fault on our side prevents the site from working.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service running but provide it “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected site. We are not liable for indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
