Privacy Policy
Last updated 10 October 2026
ApnaInvite (“we”, “us”) builds celebration websites. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details — the name and email on the Google account you sign in with, and the mobile number you give us so we can reach you. We never see your Google password.
- Content you add — names, dates, venues, your story and the photos you upload to your site.
- Guest RSVPs — the name, response, party size and any message a guest submits on your site.
- Payment details — handled by Razorpay. We receive payment status and a reference, never your card or UPI credentials.
- Usage data — basic, anonymous analytics (pages viewed, steps completed) to improve the product.
How we use it
- To build, host and display your site at your chosen link.
- To collect RSVPs and show them to you.
- To send service emails such as receipts, expiry reminders and RSVP notifications.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
Who can see your site
A published site is public to anyone with its link. Do not add information you do not want shared. Preview links are unlisted but accessible to anyone who has them, and expire after 12 hours.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that run the product — hosting, database, photo storage (Cloudflare), authentication (Google and Firebase), payments (Razorpay) and email delivery — under their own privacy terms, or where the law requires.
Retention
After a site expires, its photos are deleted after a retention period. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
Children
ApnaInvite is intended for adults. Birthday sites for children should be created by a parent or guardian.
